Family Sound Healing in the Park 🌿✨ A gentle school holiday experience for all ages You ask me this all the time… “Do you do sound healings for kids?” Usually, I say no. But this school holidays, I’m giving it a go. 💛 On Saturday 24th January, I’ll be offering a Family Sound Healing at Macarthur Park from 10:00–11:00am. This is a relaxed, welcoming session designed for children and adults alike, where families can lie down together, breathe, listen, and simply be. Sound healing is a beautiful form of meditation that supports calm nervous systems, emotional regulation, rest, and connection. It doesn’t require silence, stillness, or “doing it perfectly”. Kids can come as they are, and adults get the gift of slowing down too. Details: 📍 Macarthur Park 🗓 Saturday 24th January ⏰ 10:00–11:00am 💫 $10 per person (plus a small site booking fee) (parents must be present to supervise their children and, all parents and children require a ticket) Bookings are essential.
