Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ - CANCELLATION POLICY: For all visits/sessions except pre paid monthly blocks. We understand situations sometimes change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful that we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. A cancellation fee applies where less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do need to make changes to your appointment, please make sure to give as much notice as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and missed or forgotten appointments (without notice) or appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged in FULL. I am unable to fill these appointments last minute and come early to clean, sanitise, and set up the room, so this fee is charged for these reasons. All appointments are to be paid in full upfront. PLEASE NOTE: For our monthly meditation group class blocks. If extreme weather events occur a ZOOM session will be offered in place of the class at the same time. Refunds are not issued.
