Our youth-focused sessions (ages 14–22)! 🌟 Youth Chill Zone: Mondays, 5:30–6:30pm What to Expect: ✨ Learn how to meditate and connect with yourself ✨ Relax, breathe, and unwind in a safe, welcoming environment ✨ Be present, let go of pressures, and reset your mind These sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone needing an hour to pause, connect, and recharge. Investment: 💫 Monthly Block: Just $24 per week, paid upfront (best value!) 💫 Casual Visit: $38 per session (must book directly with Lise and pending availability) Why book the month?
