Or perhaps you’ve already booked and would love to meet the beautiful souls joining you on the journey? We’re hosting a relaxed Q&A Information Night where you can come along, hear all about the retreat, ask any questions, and connect with others who are thinking about coming or are already booked in. This evening will cover everything included in the retreat, the stunning venue, activities and outings, room options, and what you can expect during our 5 days together in magical Byron Bay. It’s also a lovely opportunity to meet each other before the retreat begins. Perfect for: ✨ Anyone thinking about joining but still sitting on the fence ✨ Those already booked who’d love to connect beforehand ✨ Anyone wanting a clearer picture of what the retreat experience will be like No pressure, just a welcoming space to chat, ask questions, and feel into whether this retreat is calling you. Cancellation Policy
Byron Bay Retreat – Expression of Interest & Payment Policy Thank you for your interest in our Byron Bay Retreat. Please note that this form is not a booking and does not secure your place. It is an Expression of Interest only. Booking Information • Your spot is only confirmed once we receive your $700 non-refundable deposit. • Spaces are offered on a first in, best dressed basis across three tiers of pricing/packages. • Payment plans are available—please speak directly with Lise if you would like one arranged. Payment Plan & Cancellation Terms • The $700 deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. • All remaining retreat fees can be paid via an agreed payment plan. • Cancellations made after 30 January are not eligible for any refund, including all instalments already paid. This is due to advance bookings, accommodation, preparation, and facilitator costs that are committed well before the retreat. • Payments are non-transferable to another person or event. Travel Insurance Requirement All participants are required to organise general travel insurance as a condition of attending this retreat. This is essential for protection against: • Illness or injury • Travel delays or cancellations • Natural disasters or emergency evacuation • Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings We recommend arranging insurance at the time your deposit is paid to ensure full coverage.
