Cancellation Policy
Byron Bay Retreat – Expression of Interest & Payment Policy Thank you for your interest in Awaken the Sacred – An Intimate Journey of Healing and Remembering, being held in the Byron Bay Hinterland from 8–12 April 2027. Please note that submitting this form does not constitute a booking or secure your place. It is an Expression of Interest only. Booking Information Your place is only confirmed once we receive your $700 non-refundable deposit. $50 online when booking and $650 transferred to the Retreat account. Only 6 guest places are available. Places are offered on a first-in, first-served basis. You may choose between private-room and shared-room accommodation, subject to availability. Payment plans are available. Please speak directly with Lise or Rachelle if you would like one arranged. Payment Plan and Cancellation Terms The $700 deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. The remaining retreat balance may be paid in full or through an agreed payment plan. Cancellations made after [insert agreed cancellation date] will not be eligible for a refund, including any instalments already paid. This is due to accommodation, activities, catering, preparation and facilitator costs being booked and committed well before the retreat. Payments cannot be transferred to another person, retreat or event. Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates may result in your place being cancelled. Travel Insurance Requirement All participants are required to arrange suitable travel insurance as a condition of attending the retreat. Your policy should provide appropriate protection for circumstances including: Illness or injury Travel delays or cancellations Natural disasters or emergency evacuation Lost, stolen or damaged belongings Cancellation costs and other non-refundable retreat expenses We strongly recommend arranging insurance as soon as your deposit is paid to ensure you have suitable coverage from the time of booking.
