Being a qualified Meditation Therapist, Holistic Counsellor, Rieke Practitioner, Sound Healing Therapist, Hypnotherapist along with certifications in Inner Child Healing and Women’s Mental Health and Wellbeing, I believe my approach is very gentle, safe and nurturing. For those not familiar with Reiki you may be wondering what Reiki actually is? Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner works with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases. Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood among other amazing benefits. Research suggests Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to potentially better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease The session runs for 1 hour and through distance healing, so you can be comfortable in your own own during the session. Cancellation Policy: We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, and we will make every effort to assist you. However, as a small business, please be aware of our necessary cancellation policy: Cancellations within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 1 hour or no-show: The full fee will be charged. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
