HOLISTIC HEALING CONSULTATION 1 Hour – $140 1.5 Hours – $200 This session is designed as a supportive, one-on-one space for individuals seeking guidance, clarity, healing, and holistic support. Together, we explore what may be happening emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and energetically in your life, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of balance. Every session is completely tailored to the individual. Some sessions may include meditation, mindfulness techniques, grounding practices, intuitive guidance, or holistic tools and recommendations, while others may focus more deeply on supportive conversation and emotional processing. No two sessions are ever the same, as each person’s needs are unique. This is a gentle and compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and guided without judgement. These sessions may help support: • Stress and overwhelm • Anxiety and overthinking • Emotional healing • Burnout and life balance • Spiritual connection and self-discovery • Confidence and self-worth • Navigating life changes and challenges • Creating healthier habits and routines • Feeling more grounded, calm, and connected Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this holistic approach considers the connection between the mind, body, emotions, energy, and life experiences to help support overall wellbeing and personal growth. Please Note: Under the current system, GP Mental Health Plans are not valid for use with the holistic services we offer. A doctor’s referral is not required, and sessions are not covered under Private Health Insurance. WHAT TO WEAR: Anything comfortable. WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle. LOCATION: Positive Inspirations is located inside Macarthur Tyre Service (a little unusual, but it works beautifully!) on the corner of Mitchell St & Elizabeth St, Camden. Street parking is available on both streets. Entry is via the Macarthur Tyre Services entrance on Elizabeth St. Once inside, the studio is directly to the left. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life can be unpredictable and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. However, as a small business, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur the full session fee.
