Who is this for? ✨ If you’re craving calm, relaxation or stress relief ✨ If you want to deepen your meditation practice ✨ If you’re feeling called to connect more spiritually ✨ Or if you’re brand new to meditation and curious to see what all the fuss is about This is the perfect place to start, and you can join from anywhere in the world 🌍 How it works When booking, simply write your intention or theme in the “Add your message” section. If you’re not sure what you need, just write “happy for you to guide me”, and we’ll flow with it on the day 💫 If I don’t already have something prepared around your topic, I’ll create something just for you before your session. 🕰️ Session length: 40 minutes 💰 January Special: $25 per session The best part? You can be anywhere in the world and still receive deep, soul-led healing through the screen ✨ What you’ll need ✨ Please join with your camera on at the start so we can connect and say hello ✨ Once the meditation begins, feel free to turn your camera off and fully relax ✨ Create a cosy, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed ✨ Sit or lie down… and if you fall asleep, that’s perfectly okay.
