Service Description

Being a qualified Meditation Therapist, Holistic Counsellor, Rieke Practitioner, Sound Healing Therapist, Hypnotherapist along with certifications in Inner Child Healing and Women’s Mental Health and Wellbeing, I believe my approach is very gentle, safe and nurturing. For those not familiar with Reiki you may be wondering what Reiki actually is? Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner works with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases. Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood among other amazing benefits. Research suggests Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to potentially better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. The session runs for 1 hour but please allow one hour and 15 minutes if it's our first session together. WHAT TO WEAR: Anything Comfortable WHAT TO BRING: A Water bottle, you don't need anything else however some people prefer to bring their own Yoga mats, meditation pillows, towel, blanket, eye mask or even crystals (these are all completely optional) LOCATION: This first time finding us can be a little tricky. Positive Inspirations is located inside of Macarthur Tyre Service (weird, but it works) Located on the corner of Mitchell St & Elizabeth St Camden. There is street parking available on either street. Entry is via Macarthur Tyre Services street entry on Elizabeth St. Once you walk through the door, my studio is straight to the left. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that things can pop up unexpectedly and we will do our best to accommodate you however as a small business, please understand that we need to have the following cancellation policy in place. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appt a 50% Cancelation fee will apply. If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment or fail to show the full fee will apply.
