Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, but as a small business, we have the following policy in place: 🔹 Retreats – The $79 booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once your booking is made. If you cancel on the day, the remaining $100 balance is still payable, as your spot has been catered for and costs have been incurred for equipment and venue hire. If you're unable to attend, you may privately sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
